Black, button down jacket with buttons on the ends of each sleeve. Ruffles neckline and ruffles down the center of the jacket as well. Tie around the waist. There are a couple of pulls in the fabric, but they’re very unnoticeable, excellent condition otherwise. Approximate measurements shown in photos.
